Julie is the Founder and CEO of Reproductive Futures, a new legal organization dedicated to expanding access to reproductive healthcare through innovative legal strategies, Julie leads a team of expert reproductive rights attorneys on the legal frontlines of reproductive care in the evolving post-Dobbs landscape.

Through creative legal strategies, policy innovation, and rights-based advocacy, Reproductive Futures drives systemic change to ensure reproductive healthcare remains safe, legal, and accessible for all.

Previously Julie had created and led the Abortion Coalition for Telemedicine (ACT) — the only nationwide advocacy organization that worked to proactively advance telemedicine abortion in all 50 states. By providing clinicians with the direct legal and advocacy support needed to operate an interstate telemedicine practice, ACT was the first organization that sought to close the abortion accessibility gap for all patients – regardless of their zip codes.
